Visual Studio Setup

This is not going to be maintained as much (let alone be prioritized for completion), and I don't think I'll be using this as often in my current workflow. However, I figure I should at least document this process. I do intend on at least getting some exposure to some development on the Windows side, and while I still possess a capable Windows machine.
